MAN OH MAN.......

Has everyone heard the very common saying, "life is too short?" It's simple and short, yet amazing and true. I try to remember that simple little saying everyday of my life to remember not to stress the little things. I have currently experienced a situation where myself and another loved one have been shut out, by another loved one, for no mature legitimate reason. A loved one (who will remain unknown) has been struggling for some time now to make peace with the other party and her attempts are continuously not good enough. There is only so much one can do to make things right with another party and then it's just they're own issue. I remain neutral throughout the years and told myself they would work it out in time and it's not my business... however, one of the parties that has been involved with this long lasting dispute has decided to add me to their "shit list" as well. Now when you alienate two good people, two loved ones at that, then it's time for the person doing the alienating to remember that, "life is too short" and to really think about if all the bitterness is really worth it.

Even though I have been added to the "shit list" of someone I extremely care about, not even knowing what I could have done to hurt this person, I know that I need to move on with my life. "Life is too short" and I can not and will not spend it trying to fix things between myself and someone who can't even talk to me about what they're upset with me about in the first place. As adults, we need to be just that and deal with situations accordingly.

So, with that being said and out of the way, I've actually been having a pretty great day and I'm really excited about my birthday coming up NEXT WEEK! I'm going to be 23.. crazy right?! AND I have a NEW song coming out soon titled, "Seduction City!" I can't wait for it to be all finished and ready to go! Soon, I promise!

I hope everyone out there is doing well and SORRY for venting to you all, but I needed some online therapy! It worked too because once I put something in writing, it totally takes it off my mind and I feel better so thanks for listening! :)
