Music Must: ‘Lipstick’ By Jeward

Entertainment:
We admit, we have a thing for twins. From Mary-Kate & Ashley to The Veronicas to Jeward, there’s something extra magical about a set of fierce faced identical twins.

Irish twins, John and Edward Grimes of Jeward, are our latest obsession.

After meeting the boys yesterday (October 25th) at their “Wow Oh Wow” video shoot in LA, not only are they highly original and super talented but John and Edward genuinely two of the sweetest boys ever, not to mention a total blast.

The boys' upcoming video features actress Tara Reid and will no doubt be in your face fun, Jeward style.

Meanwhile, check out the boys in their “Lipstick" music video, a playlist must have:

Music Monday: 'Turn It Up' by Taryn Manning

Entertainment, Music Must:
From the big screen to the DJ booth to the mic, Taryn Manning wears many hats these days.

In April of 2011, Manning debuted a new single, "Turn It Up,” a fun and catchy tune bound to stick in your head for days on end. The single was accompanied by a very Taryn music video, directed by Hellin Kay. The video features the music muse in what we would assume to be Taryn’s daily life - bouncing around roof tops in sunny Los Angeles.

Almost forgot how adorable she is... This one’s going on our Summer ’11 playlist for sure.

Check it out:

New Favorite! ‘Invisible Light’ By Scissor Sisters

Entertainment, Music Must:
Can’t get enough!

Ana Matronic and Jake Sheers, aka Scissor Sisters, are one adorable pair. Their gig is comedic, playful, and sometimes too gay to function, yet music from the Scissor Sisters is legitimate, modern-sexy and professional.

The third single, ‘Invisible Light, off the singing duos third studio album, Night Work, released in the fall of 2010. The track makes you want to bounce like a fool and dance like a dervish!

With summer about to burst into full effect, we’ll need an ultimate summer 2011 mix, making ‘Invisible Light’ a playlist must have.

Check out the electric energy of the Scissor Sisters:

Posh The Pop Star: ‘Let Your Head Go’ by Victoria Beckham

Icon, Entertainment, Music Must:
Victoria Beckham on the Spice Girls Reunion Tour - Vancouver, Canada 2007

Before she was a wife, mom and international fashion icon, Victoria Beckham was Victoria Adams the pop star. After catapulting into world-wide superstardom as “Posh Spice” of the Spice Girls, Victoria released “Let Your Head Go,” a single slated for her second solo album. Unfortunately, a full album never surfaced from VB due to the bankruptcy of her record company Telstar Records.

Released in December of 2003, we can’t understand how it’s taken us over seven years to discover “Let Your Head Go.” It’s like discovering a new species! We had no idea! The single is upbeat, catchy, and really makes us miss Posh the pop star.

Followed by a music video, the track entered the UK Singles Chart at number 3, one of the highest chart positions for a solo Spice Girl. Giving a taste of Posh the actress, Victoria dishes a little drama in the official music video as she tears apart a closet, a beautiful array of roses, and even going a little mental.

Seven years later, “Let Your Head Go” has become a playlist must have.

Britney Spears World Premieres ‘Hold It Against Me’ Video

Entertainment, News:

Britney fans every where are loosing their shit right now. Not gonna lie, we’re one of ‘em.

Britney Spears is back and doing better than we’ve seen in many many years. Keeping our thoughts as positive as possible, we think Britney looks great! It’s not 100% the Britney we used to know - the golden years - but then again, she’s a mother of two and almost a decade older.

Lookin’ good, girl!

Music Must: ‘Comme Des Enfants’ by Coeur De Pirate

“Comme Des Enfants” by Coeur De Pirate rocks our socks off.

French for “pirate heart,” Coeur de Pirate is the stage name for Canadian songstress Beatrice Martin. Singing only in French, the Quebec born indie pop singer gets us shakin’ with her funky-fresh dance beats and catchy chipper vocals, making “Comme Des Enfants” a playlist must have

So now, I sing in French.

Au revoir.

The boy is talented.

Although nothing but a Myspace page can be found on Kurt Hugo Schneider, we have a feeling this isn’t the last we’ll wear from the music newcomer. Check out the songsters version of Britney’s new #1, ‘Hold It Against Me.’ It’s brilliant!

Smell another YouTube sensation brewing here? Most Likely.

Good luck, amigo.

Music Must: Slash - 'Beautiful Dangerous' ft. Fergie

Rock legend Slash and pop temptress Fergie collaborate on “Beautiful Dangerous,” a modern rock track that echoes the classic sounds of the ‘80s. What an interesting duo, might we add.

“Beautiful Dangerous” is on the right path to the change of pace music is desperately in need of.

Artist: The Dirty Disco

The Dirty Disco recently released Storyteller along with a dark and menacing video. The new track, which has been said to be “their best to date,” echoes the ultimate wish of the human race: “I Want To Be Young Forever.” Storyteller is winters playlist must have. We absolutely love it!
