Lindsay Lohan: Back To Work!

Well... sorta.

After gracing the cover of Playboy Magazine’s December issue, dimming starlet Lindsay Lohan was fortunate enough to snag another gig to follow, the face of Jag Jeans

According to E Online, photographer Yu Tsai, same photog who shot Lilo’s Playboy spread recently, shot the actress for the new Jag Jeans campaign.

Tsai says of Lilo’s work:
“Lindsay did not disappoint.”
A press release states
"As Jag Jeans' newest endorser, Lindsay embodies the strength and fearlessness of the woman of today. She is unafraid to be who she is. She is fierce yet exudes feminine grace.
Lindsay was so involved with the shoot that she would go as far as adjusting items on the set. She even requested scissors so she could personally fray the edges of her black crepe blouse because she believed it would look better that way. Lindsay would take a hands-on approach to her shots, as she was more than willing to change her hairstyle during mid-shoot and even used her own personal jewelry and accessories when needed.”
Well, good for you, boo! Keep it going this time.

Lindsay Lohan Gets Second Chance From ‘Gotti’ Film Producer

News, Entertainment:
Lindsay Lohan Lindsay Lohan, John Travolta, John Gotti Jr., Victoria Gotti and Marc Fiore attend the "Gotti: Three Generations" press conference at the Sheraton Hotel in New York City.
Lindsay Lohan is back in a proposed film about the Gotti crime family after she personally persuaded its reluctant producer to give her a shot, he said on Wednesday.

The actress, whose promising career has been derailed by drug and criminal problems, had been in negotiations for a role in "Gotti: Three Generations," starring John Travolta as mob boss John Gotti, Sr. She even showed up at a news conference announcing the project last week.

But producer Marc Fiore said earlier Wednesday that he had broken off talks because of demands made by Lohan's management team, and planned to meet with other actresses.

Hours later, he appeared to have been swayed by the "Mean Girls" actress herself.

"We had a little rocky road today, but Lindsay definitely revived the situation," Fiore told Reuters, adding that Lohan called him personally to plead her case.

Lohan will play Kim Gotti, the wife of Gotti's namesake son, Fiore said. Previous media reports said she was in line to play his daughter, Victoria. Fiore said the Kim role was bigger since the movie is about the father-son relationship.

Fiore has the cooperation of retired mobster John Gotti, Jr., whose character has yet to be cast. His father, the so-called "Teflon Don," died of cancer in 2002 while serving a life term for murder, racketeering, extortion and tax evasion.

Fiore said he hoped to announce a new director next week. Nick Cassavetes, who was originally attached, exited the project earlier this week because of a scheduling conflict.
Shooting is expected to start in October. Fiore said the budget for the self-financed film was $70 million to $80 million. He declined to specify the source of the funds.

New Jersey- and Los Angeles-based Fiore Films previously produced the 2008 DVD "National Lampoon's One, Two, Many," starring former Howard Stern radio sidekick "Stuttering" John Melendez.

Lohan, 24, is scheduled to appear at a Los Angeles preliminary court hearing on Friday over a jewelry theft charge that will determine if she should stand trial. She could be sent to prison if eventually convicted.

The former child star has not headlined a movie since the widely ridiculed 2007 bomb "I Know Who Killed Me.”

Hollywood Muse Lindsay Lohan Continues To Spiral

Entertainment, News:
Hollywood menace and our favorite headline grabber, Lindsay Lohan, brings her “baggage" wherever she goes. Unfortunately, it looks like Lindsay’s antics are finally catching up to her, one after another.

Once again, the Hollywood sinister is going head-to-head with the law, but this time, on felony grand theft charges. With accusations of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Los Angeles jewelry store and being on probation, things aren’t looking so well for madam Lohan.

As many wait and anticipate LL’s sentencing, many forget that there’s a young girl in trouble here. A young girl that hasn’t had a “typical” life. With adolescent parents that see the world in a much dimmer light than she does, the odds were already against Lindsay.
According to the Chicago Sun Times, the 24-year-old’s stress is so high friends worry her "sobriety is in jeopardy.” Clearly the fact that father Michael Lohan joined “Celebrity Rehab” didn’t help the starlets situation with an already full plate.
Furthermore, the Sun Times reports that Lindsay went “ballistic” after being barred from Madonna and Demi Moore’s co-hosted post-Oscar party at agent Guy Oseary’s L.A. home last Sunday night.

While LL was not invited, she made an appearance anyway, clearly forgetting an alleged dis that was made on her behalf on the material girl several years ago.

Low blows to Madonna aren’t anything anyone wants to do. Even you, Linds.

Notable supporters like Dr. Drew and Charlie Sheen have more than expressed their concern for the young actress. Drew took to his official twitter page saying:
“ I am mortified how Lindsay Lohan is getting attacked when she is so fragile in just establishing her sobriety.”
So true!

Extra TV, who sat down exclusively with Lindsay yesterday (March 2nd), says that she’s anxious to get back to work but knows that it’s going to be tough to gain Hollywood’s trust back again.

You can do it, boo!

Lindsay Lohan: I Know I'm a 'Damn Good Actress'

Entertainment, News:
Actress Lindsay Lohan says she is ready to give up clubs for her career

In a new interview with Vanity Fair magazine, given a week before she entered jail, Lindsay Lohan says she is looking to move on with her life and get back to work in Hollywood.
“I don’t care what anyone says. I know that I’m a damn good actress. … And I know that in my past I was young and irresponsible—but that’s what growing up is. You learn from your mistakes,” she said.
But she isn’t taking all the responsibility for her demise, taking time to call her father Michael Lohan out for most of the “trauma” in her life, saying she is not the addict that the world makes her out to be.

“If I were the alcoholic everyone says I am, then putting a [scram] bracelet on would have ended me up in detox, in the emergency room, because I would have had to come down from all the things that people say I’m taking and my father says I’m taking—so that says something, because I was fine.”
“I think my biggest focus for myself is learning how to continue to get through the trauma that my father has caused in my life,” she added. "The worst part of it is you turn around (in the courtroom) and you see your dad crying and normally you’d be, like, happy that your father’s there. But then he has to go and do an interview right after.”

Now, Lohan says she has grown up and moved on.

"I know that in my past I was young and irresponsible—but that’s what growing up is. You learn from your mistakes,” she said.

The October issue of Vanity Fair hits newsstands on Tuesday, September 7.

Lindsay Lohan aMUSEs The World with Racy New Video

Entertainment, News:
Lindsay Lohan: Muse by Nature, Celebrity by Association

It’s Lindsay Lohan like we’ve never seen before. Course, not that a provocative sex driven video shot in a roach motel is a surprising setting for LL.

In a recent shoot for MUSE Magazine, Linds amuses herself while chain smoking her way through the entire film. Between the heronie chic vibe and gorgeous dude lusting over princess Lindsay, we’d say boner for sure on this one.

The video is rock hard hot. Check it out!

Lindsay Lohan to Cover Britney Spears Song

Muse, Music:
Photobucket

According to reports, Ms. Lindsay Lohan is talking about covering a Britney Spears song. Apparently LL will either cover "Womanizer" or "Opps I did it again." It's a little too soon to cover a new hit wouldn't you think? Well regardless, I always love a good cover.... a new twist on a favorite old song is always fun.

Good luck with that!
